Adejoke “Addy” Adedeji



2nd chance providerAddy Adedeji, PMHNP-BC, MSN, MPH grew up in Eagan, MN and studied Kinesiology and Psychology at Concordia University. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at University of Tennessee Knoxville and her Masters of Public Health from Florida International University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Arizona State University. She began her work in addiction and trauma as a PMHNP-BC at the world renowned Meadows residential treatment center in Wickenburg, CA.

She is trained to provide psychiatric care to children, adolescents, adults and geriatric populations. She has worked in outpatient community health settings and inpatient residential treatment centers, and is passionate about providing holistic, evidence based practice care to her patients.
