Rajeev Billing, MD, is a board-certified physician who specializes in treating addiction and co-occurring psychiatric disorders at 2nd Chance Treatment Center. He offers extensive clinical experience and a personalized approach of care to patients in the communities of  Phoenix, Glendale, and Gilbert, Arizona.

Inspired by personal family experiences, Dr. Billing is passionate about psychiatry and its power to help men and women overcome their struggles with addiction. He considers rehabilitation to be a collaboration between physician and patient, and he tailors his approach to the unique needs of each individual.

A native of Ontario, Canada, Dr. Billing received his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Western Ontario and his medical degree from St. George’s University in St. George, Grenada. He went on to complete a psychiatry residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota, followed by a fellowship in addiction psychiatry from Emory University in Atlanta.

Dr. Billing is certified in addiction psychiatry and general psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
